Caught in the cage is going to be a podcast put on by undefeated amateur fighter Stuart "Flash" Gordon, Kyle Rasmussen and Josiah Eller.  We will be bringing you up to speed on the latest MMA news, discuss upcoming events, break down the latest fights, and even discuss the best walkout music ever.  We are shooting for our first podcast to be a week before UFC 129.  If anyone has any requests on topics they would like to hear, or would like to give us any pointers, we are all ears.  We love MMA and would love to share our thoughts and ideas with others.
